  • As per our strata/By Law rules; pets of any kind are unfortunately not allowed.

  • With respect to the owners and other residents within the building, the noise level must be

    curtailed by 11:00 pm. There is zero tolerance for excessive noise or parties.

    The Strata Council reserves the right to fine and/or evict any guest(s) not complying with this ruling, or disobeying a directive or order from the security.

  • Smoking is not permitted in our unit, the hallways, pool deck, Condo patio or any common areas. There are designated smoking areas located at the front of the building. These are subject to fines that will be guests responsibility to pay.

    Alcohol is not permitted on the pool deck. Of course you are welcome in the condo and the condo deck.

  • For our particular unit, 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids can sleep comfortably.

    We do offer a pull out bed for more room.

  • Our unit has a smaller foot print outdoor space that some; so we opted to provide more space by not having a bbq.
    However there are community BBQs available on the pool deck that you are able to use.

  • We offer one underground parking spot, this is a secured parking lot with easy access to the unit.
    There is free street parking along cook road on the building side portion, and the opposite side is free but with time restrictions.

  • You are absolutely more than welcome to bring bicycles, scooters whatever you think will add to your stay here. However it is your responsibility to keep them secured, locked up how ever that may look for you, to ensure safety.
